Terms of Service - ZWSoccer

These terms govern your use of ZWSoccer — the app at zwsoccer.com/app and this website. By subscribing to or using ZWSoccer, you agree to them.

1. What ZWSoccer is

ZWSoccer is a subscription football information app providing live scores, fixtures, standings, statistics, and football news for a selection of leagues. Match data is sourced from third-party providers and is offered for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Subscriptions & payment

ZWSoccer costs $0.99 per month, paid via EcoCash. Each payment grants 30 days of access.
Payments are not recurring — nothing is billed automatically. Your access simply ends when your paid period expires unless you choose to renew.
Renewing early adds 30 days on top of any time remaining; no days are lost.
Transaction fees charged by EcoCash, where applicable, are separate from the subscription price.

3. Your account

You sign in with your EcoCash phone number and a PIN you choose. You are responsible for keeping your PIN private and for activity on your account. Do not share your login. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us at chisangocal@gmail.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access it without paying, scraping or redistributing our data or content, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.

5. Refunds

Because access is granted instantly on payment, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. If you were charged but access did not activate, or you were charged in error, contact us with your payment reference and we will put it right.

6. Availability & accuracy

We work to keep ZWSoccer accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scores, fixtures, and statistics are provided by third parties and may occasionally be delayed or incorrect. ZWSoccer is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and should not be relied upon for betting or other financial decisions.

7. Match Predictions

Where available, ZWSoccer may display Match Predictions — statistical win/draw/loss probability estimates generated from historical form, head-to-head records, and market data. These are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Match Predictions do not constitute betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to wager on any outcome. ZWSoccer does not operate as a betting or gambling service, does not accept wagers, and does not facilitate betting transactions of any kind. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy of any prediction, and you should not rely on this information when making any financial decision. If you choose to bet, please do so only through licensed, legal services in your jurisdiction, and gamble responsibly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZWSoccer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continuing to use ZWSoccer after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
